The Charlotte County Genealogical Society will hold its all-day "Spring Symposium" on Saturday, 23 February 23 2008, at the St. James Episcopal Church in Port Charlotte. The program of 4 topics will be presented by Curt Witcher, Manager of the Genealogy & History Department at the Allen County Public Library in Ft. Wayne, IN. Reservations include a box lunch, and are due by February 19th. Registration begins at 8:00 AM and the seminar takes place from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
