The Manasota Genealogical Society is sponsoring a seminar entitled, "The RootsMagic Genealogical Software" on Saturday, February 13^th, 2010. Bruce Buzbee, the software developer and founder of RootsMagic will be the principal speaker. Also, we will have a number of other speakers discussing topics of genealogical interest. It will be a great day that should not missed!! A great mixer with very knowledgeable speakers/researchers. The seminar will begin with registration at 8 AM, start at 9 AM, and end at 3 PM. Lunch will be provided for all individuals that preregister. The seminar location will be the Bethel Baptist Church facilities (on 30^th Ave West in Bradenton). The Pasco County Genealogical Society has announced their programs for March and April 2009.

• March 14 - Debra Sandstrom Fleming will present a program about the pre-1850 U.S. federal censuses and how to effectively use these early records.
• April 11 - David Boyette of the Brandon Area Genealogical and Historical Society will be conducting a program entitled "Genetic Genealogy: Understanding Your DNA."
